Soos Creek's Utility Billing Department is available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Our goal is to serve customers in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
