Billing Information
Soos Creek's Utility Billing Department is available between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday to answer your questions about utility billing rates and charges, and any other customer questions.
Soos Creek offers a rate reduction to eligible low-income senior citizens and disabled persons.
Are you moving? Do you need to begin service or stop service? Do you suspect a water leak? Give us a call. Our goal is to serve you in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Should all our Service Representatives be busy with customers, your call will be automatically transferred to our voice mail system. Please leave your name, number, and service location and the next available representative will return your call. In the event of an emergency, during business hours simply dial "0" to be connected with the operator for immediate assistance.
Attention Home Owners: Rental Property Billing
All service accounts at Soos Creek Water & Sewer District are kept in the name of the property owners.
Owners of rental properties may arrange for duplicate billing services. The property owner must request this service in writing. There is an additional charge of $1.00 per bill.
