WATER SHUT OFF RESTORATION
During water shut off and restoration days, call volume can lead to longer wait times. We will answer your call in the order it is received. We appreciate your patience. Voicemails will be returned by the end of the next business day.
Water shut off restoration will be done during business hours only, after the full account balance has been paid. It may take up to 48 hours to restore water service.
IMPORTANT BILLING INFORMATION
A slight change has been made to the "Please Locate Your Account" Page.
One-time electronic payments made via our Invoice Cloud Portal require you to enter your 10-digit Account Number followed by your five digit Customer Number including the dashes. Example: 9999-000001-00001.
Your Account Number and Customer Number are located on the upper right hand corner of your bill.
To make a payment over the phone, please call 855-844-0523. Phone payments require you to enter your 10-digit account number followed by your 5-digit customer number.
