Applying For Water & Sewer Availability Certificates
Please provide the following items when applying for your availability certificates:
1. Completed application form.
Click on the link above to download an application form.
2. Copy of site plan, short plat or preliminary plat plans.
Plan must include closest cross street and dimensions.
3. Email Application to development@sooscreek.com
4. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card if paying at the District office.
- Please make check payable to Soos Creek Water & Sewer District
- In your checks memo line note "Availability" and the property parcel number
- Include parcel number with any cash payments.
- Payments can be mailed to or dropped off at our office:

5. Certificates of Availability will be emailed to the email address provided on the application form.
Currently, there is up to a ten (10) working day wait for certificates.
