District Headquarters Remodel

The District office was built in 1987 when Water District #58 and Cascade Sewer District merged to form Soos Creek Water & Sewer District.

After 38 years, the District will be remodeling the interior -- including the Commissioners Meeting Room, Executive Session Room, Small Conference Room, Lobby, and Bathrooms -- making the public spaces more ADA accessible, and providing a much needed refresh to these heavily trafficked areas. An updated AV system and interior furnishings are included in the remodel. Driftmier Architects provided preliminary architectural drawings, and the project has been awarded to BFC Construction.

Customer Services

The District will continue operating as usual -- just in a different building. A temporary office facility will be available in the northwest corner of the District parking lot for customers to make payments or ask questions in person.

Permits will be issued in the temporary office facility. Please coordinate with your Permitting Specialist to schedule an appointment.
