Homestead Hill AC Main Replacement
The proposed project will replace 6,250 linear feet of aging and substandard 6-inch water mains and 250 linear feet of 4-inch water lines.

District Headquarters Remodel
The District office was built in 1987, and after 37 years the interior is in need of updating. The remodel of the public areas will improve accessibility for ADA compliance, and provide a much needed refresh to these heavily trafficked areas.

Lift Station 5B Generator
This project consists of the installation of a new backup generator and sub-base fuel tank to include storage for 2,525 gallons of diesel.

Carriagewood Service Line Replacement Project
The Carriagewood Service Line Replacement Project will see the replacement of aging and water service lines in the Carriage Wood Neighborhood. This project is currently in its preliminary stages, with the majority of the project planned for 2026.

Cascade Vista Phase 1 AC Water Main Replacement
Work to replace aging water mains in the Cascade Vista neighborhood begins in 2026. Approximately 5,900 feet of water main, fire hydrants, and valves, and service lines will be replaced.

Kent Cascade Relief Interceptor No. 2 Project
The proposed Kent-Cascade Relief Interceptor No. 2 is comprised of approximately 3,700 linear feet (LF) of 30-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe that will run parallel main to the existing mainline.

SE 202nd Pl AC Watermain Replacement Project
The SE 202nd Pl AC Watermain Replacement Project will include the replacement of approximately 4,974 lineal feet of existing 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch asbestos concrete (AC) water main with 5,260 lineal feet of 4-inch and 8-inch ductile iron (DI) water main, replacement of fire hydrants, valves, blow offs, meter boxes, water service lines from the new water main to the meter; asphalt concrete patch and overlay; cement concrete driveway repair, and surface restoration.
