Please email development@sooscreek.com to obtain copies of utility service area maps. Please provide the parcel number and intended use of the property to receive accurate information. Allow 3 business days for a reply to utility inquiries. 

As-built Information

"As-builts" are records showing the location and depth of utility lines at the time they were constructed. 

Construction Record Drawings (CRDs) of District water and sewer main lines will be provided upon request. Please let us know if you are in need of the CRD fronting your property. If you are a Soos Creek sewer customer, a copy of your Side Sewer Drawing can also be provided upon request.

Please be specific in your email request for information as to whether you are in need of utility maps, CRDs or Side Sewer Drawings for your project.
