NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DRAFT
2009 HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, October 21, 2003, at 4:30 PM, or soon thereafter, the Soos Creek Water & Sewer District Board of Commissioners will conduct a Hearing at the District Office, 14616 SE 192nd ST. Renton, WA 98058. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive comments regarding:

Draft 2009 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for Soos Creek Water & Sewer District

The District's Draft 2009 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update focuses on natural disasters. It outlines measures the District will take to reduce service disruption to customers and potential damage to its facilities.

Copies of the draft of the Plan are available at the District office.

All persons desiring to comment may do so in writing to Linda Swanson, Executive Secretary, P.O. Box 58039, Renton, WA 98059-1039, before October 21, 2009, or by attending the Public Hearing.
