Applying For Water & Sewer Availability Certificates

Please provide the following items when applying for your availability certificates:

1. Completed application form.

2. Copy of site plan, short plat or preliminary plat plans.

Plan must include closest cross street and dimensions.

Application can be made by mail or in person, with an appointment, at our office located at 14616 SE 192nd St, Renton, WA 98058. Please contact us at (253) 630-9900 ext. 0 to schedule an appointment.

Currently, there is a ten (10) working day wait for certificates for single family residences and eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for short plats, long plats and single family lots not currently receiving service.
