Soos Creek's Utility Billing Department is available
between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our goal is to serve customers in a timely, courteous and professional
manner.
The Department answers inquiries regarding utility
billing rates and charges as well as a variety of customer
service issues. Are you moving? Do you need to initiate service
. . . cancel service? Do you suspect a water leak? Give us a call.
In the event that all Service Representatives
are busy, your call will be automatically transferred to our voice
mail system. Please leave your name, number, and service location
and the next available representative will return your call. In
the event of an emergency, during business hours, simply dial
"0" for the operator for immediate assistance.
Attention
Home Owners : Rental Property Billing
All service accounts at Soos Creek Water &
Sewer District are kept in the name of the property owners. Since
properties can have liens filed against them and/or foreclosed
upon for collection on unpaid service charges, this policy is
necessary for the protection of owners of rental properies.
Owners of rental properties may arrange for
duplicate billing services. The property owner must request this
optional service in writing. There is an additional charge of
one dollar per billing period for this service. Contact Customer
