NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Soos Creek Water & Sewer District will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday May 8, 2024. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. at the District Office.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss: Operating Budget to Actual Results, Financial Summary History, Consultant Compensation History, Mid-Year Succession Planning Update, Capital Improvement Program Completion, Revisions to Resolution 3408-C, DE Liens for Special1 Connection Charge, Inventory, ERU History, Average Cost of Wholesale Water, and Unaccounted Water.

The Board will make no decisions at this meeting. While the meeting is open to the public, there will be no public input nor comment.
